Before Mike left on travel again we decided to make some lasagna. We tested out the pasta maker again. The cool thing about it is that the lasagna noodles don't get boiled before you bake them. Just make fresh noodles and layer away. Mike and I have decided this was the best pasta dish we have ever had. Amazing and really I think the needles added so much. How come we don't make pasta from scratch more often??

I think the last lasagna you had at my place had home made noodles...but that was a very very long time ago.
