Putting Up 2010.

I'm still putting up stuff from the garden this year. With that mass of pears, Karen had suggested that I make pear ginger butter. In the end I had apples, pear and ginger. I let it cook all day and canned it. Amazing flavor and perfect. I've been pouring it over vanilla ice cream. Are you done putting up for the year?

what would I put up? Well, I did a reorg of the yarn loft.

We canned salmon, smoked salmon, moose and rhubarb jelly . . yummo!
