Is that too many F's in the title? While walking into the office today I saw two guys "bumping knuckles". Who invented this? It is a hypoallergenic method for not spreading the flu? Is it a lack of real desire to touch another man? Ladies don't do this crap. Why is it the new accepted hello?
I also saw a few small kids (7-9ish) in the valley this past week that were using the British flip-the-bird hand gesture as a gang sign (inverse of the peace sign). I'm sure somewhere it is a gang sign - but their mom was gesturing back to them. It was like watching people say f**** you back and forth without knowing they were doing it.

We did our 6.5 mile run (training for the PF Chang race in January). Here is another map ... It was a really fun run and we have a loud of good people ready to kick some ass in Arizona.

Today was the fall craft fair in Los Alamos. I got a pastel painting of the sunsets in New Mexico and a tile hanging thing that is just the perfect color for our dinning room. It was a wonderful fair and a perfect day for one.
Mike is outside cutting fire wood. The days are warm without being hot and yet the evening are cool. There are pumpkins on the front deck (ready for carving) and the smell of dry leaves is overwhelming. Yes yes ... it is fall in New Mexico.
This is how Bend like to relax. It isn't really cold enough for a fire - but Bend loves it. He snuggles in his little bed and relaxes enough to snore.
