


Well the garden is at it again. Peaches out the wazoo ... winter squash and I used some of the peaches to make peach butter (which has a lot less sugar than jams or preserves).
A good blogger buddy of mine stopped eating or drinking anything with high fructose corn syrup. I decided to give it a go. It is crazy how many common items have high fructose corn syrup in it. I've made it since Friday without having any and am not really noticing it - well other than wanting something delicious and sweet every once and a while. Hence the ginger butter. YUMMY!

Man oh man, that looks delicious. You have a well-established peach tree to get peaches that big!! My, what big peaches you have my dear...LOL
