Brownies

When is the last time you tried to make the perfect brownie? Box brownies just don't cut it. I tried these over the weekend. The recipe came out of Cooks Illustrated. They took some series time - since the chocolate is cooked in a double boiler. But in the end they are pretty good. A bit sticky. But good.

Summer Time

Well summer is here. The temperatures are perfect. We are working hard on the back deck. The garden is coming in and Zooey loves the grass.
